Advices on how to build an Intel core i3 gaming CPU?
I'm going to build a i3 gaming PC,doing this for the first time..so need your advices on this. I'm actually rebuilding my Pentium 4 PC..have the DVD writer,HDD..changing all the other parts to create a i3 PC..Pls say if the parts i have selected are good
1)Intel core i3-3240 (Ivy Bridge)
2)Gigabyte GA-B75 M D3H (Motherboard)
3)Corasair Vengance 4GB@1600MHz (1x4)
4)Corsair PSU (450-500W)
5)Saphire Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR3
6)Cooler Master Fan cooler (1x2)
All this comes at a price of 24,000Rs!!
Do say if this parts are good for a i3 gaming PC.

The bottleneck in this PC is the graphics card so if gaming is important I'd see if you can get a little extra money together to upgrade. If you look around you might be able to find some good deals on 7750's or 6850's they aren't that much more expensie but will be a whole league above in performance.

intense-high quality one, stable stability of the GPU and CPU tho by fact the guy above stated, somewhat extra $ for a newbie i5 would be extra effective than any i3 plus, you're able to wanna get a greater tricky disk : try changing the non-overall performance hardware if $ is a issue

if you can extend your budget slightly get 7750 1gb ddr5 graphic card
for psu get corsair cx430v2 and it is rs300 or rs400 more than vs450 but it is better than vs450 in terms of quality and also efficiency
rest of the thing is fine for gaming
if you are tight on budget then stick to your current configuration and get 6670 ddr5 version graphics card
