Why it is necessary to have minimum 2 years difference Between man and bride for marriage?

In India it is the tradition for a girl to get married with a boy who is elder. It is why because the girls are a bit ahead as far as the maturity is concerned. The ideal age difference is between two and five years.

In western culture one may get married today and divorce next week. so the age difference may not matter to them. In indian culture it is marriage for life. Men become old very fast compared to women and at old age and only the man requires the physical help and support from his wife and this is possible if she is younger than him.That is why our elders have prescribed that girls should be younger than boys at the time of marriage.

Who told you that bull? Age has no influence on a marriage, except that, that the spouses put onto the age difference.

Growth of girl child is faster than male child( both physical and mental).To match this phenomena lesser age is preferred for girls at the time of marriage.

age difference matters when comes understanding. but when they are mutually understood eachother, then it makes no difference. But i heard somewhere that if guy marriage a girl bit older than him, sexually satisfying her is difficult.Not sure though.

where did you hear this? it is not necessary. My husband is 10 days older then me, and we will be married 6 years in Feb.

For superiority and so she'll obey ur words ...and mostly elder says that "only the elder man can satisfy the sexual desire of a girl" ..But the truth is no one can satisfy women's desire :P
