Rather than using one brand of cooking oil always, is it necessary to change the brand very often?

Any advantage by doing so?

No reason to switch - stick to the type of oil you like ie corn, canola etc and buy what is on sale

The only time you should change is if you're using a unhealthy oil and you switch to a healthy one, if you are going to fry anything as some oils have to low a smoke point to be used for frying or high heat, changing by the expiration date because they can go rancid and make you sick, changing the oil in a pan depending what you cook especially seafood and to ensure the oil doesn't get old, or changing depending on the use for example I use canola or olive oil for cooking and extra virgin olive oil or walnut oil for salads, or if you find you don't like the taste of your current oil anymore. Other than those reasons your good.

The more often you change the oil. Long life on you engine. Inside motor are to many very small conducts to lubricated the working parts, and that holes star closing with tick and old oil causing engine problems, like overheathing and burning oil ( Smoking ) not enough power.

Pls don’t use Palmolive oil it contains more trans fats which is a bad cholesterol and not good for health. Olive oil is the best but it taste is not so good but good for health, at the same time it costs much.

Anyway you can buy oil by reading the nutritive values of oil especially look for energy, cholesterol, fats and fatty acids, saturated fat content should be less, and unsaturated fats like both mono and poly unsaturated fats can be high which increases the blood cholesterol level and lowers the LDL (low density cholesterol, bad cholesterol).

  • it isn't necessary to change your brand of cooking oil. as long as your happy with the results and taste, stay with it!

Yes, it is a good idea because different cooking oils have different nutrients.

The only advantage would be changing from a non-healthy oil such as vegetable oil or canola oil to a healthier oil such as rice bran oil or extra virgin or normal olive oil. Olive oil and rice bran oil have significant health benefits such as helping to lowering cholesterol and blood pressure, providing antioxidants, and heart-protection. (:

OIL DOESNT HAVE ANY ADVANTAGES EXCEPT FOR CREATINGPROBLEMS.

NO MANUFACTURER CAN GUARANTEE MY BRAND OIL IS SAFE

ALWAYS STICK TO THE OIL WHICH IS LIGHT, IT HAS LESS RISK.

U CAN USE ANY PALMOLIVE OR GROUND NUT OR SUNFLOWER OIL BASED ON UR TASTE!!!
