I need this important information?

I look forward to expert opinion of any one with knowledge specially Web designer/administrator on the legal validity of the website : courts.IN.gov

I need the following information:

1. This website is official website owned by the Government/Court of the State of Indiana, USA and not a private run website.

2. This website cannot be hacked and its contents altered or changed by any outsider, in other words it is well protected website from outside infringement.

3. The contents in this website are genuine as being claimed and admissible evidence in any court of law anywhere in the world including India.

4. The website and its contents were made admissible piece of evidence in Indian court and the person replying it ever appeared in court of law in India to certify it and its contents as official in nature.

I shall be highly obliged for all these or any other information you can provide relating to the website in question.

Update:

This not to be used in court proceedings but for my general information, hope you use your brain to understand my question.

    Dear Vijay

    This is my understanding that you hire a subject matter expert witness who has experience and qualification on computer web development and its security. If this person can testify that such and such website is government, secure and reliable then Court should believe on all information posted on that website. I am in US and I will be happy to write an affidavit if needed.

    Hi Silky!! Nice to look you! Oh Silk, I could diffintely cross and make a report back to the police, any little bit of know-how may also be very useful in fixing the case. I was once in a drawback in which a girl had threatened to kill a social employee after which later she was once located lifeless. My boss, who could also be my pal stated sure, name them, as any know-how is useful. Hope that is helping and lock you doorways. Do you've got a sliding glass door? if this is the case get a dole approximately eleven/two inches thick reduce to the dimensions of the gap for you to hold the door from being opened...when you've got now not performed so already!
