How to set a surprise ????

I am getting married on 18th and arranged reception on 25th. I set the gap because on 25th is my wife's birthday. So I want to celebrate her first B'day together with our family & friends.

Arrangements have been made for the day. B'day cake has been booked, but I am not sure how to brake the surprise. Because, two event are happening together (marriage reception & birthday) and I am confused how to coordinate both together.

I had thought of celebrating the B'day at home where we will be alone. But I prefer calibration with Family.

Update:

Need help on way to present, brake surprise to her, etc. Methods to do so as to cherries the moment.
