Will GTX 550 ti's performance be bottlenecked?

I'm planning to upgrade my GPU in November after my AS level exams. I've a Intel i3 540 @ 3.07 GHz. Will this processor bottleneck the performance of GTX 550 ti or will the GPU perform to its full potential with the processor?

Also are their any new GPU's similar to GTX 550 with slightly higher performances (with similar price) going to be released in India around November-December?

And which games can it rum on medium high and can it run games released till 2015 at medium-high?

    yeah this one is a good GPU. But if you just add up some more money and buy an AMD HD 6850 it will be great.
