Your firm has to be converted into a private limited company. There are several company law formalities to be complied with. Legal documents such as Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association etc have to be prepared. Registration formalities with Registrar of companies are there. A Chartered Accountant or a Company secretary will be in a position to help you in getting the things done properly.
