External Hard Drive cannot be readable.?
It asks to format it. When we try to format it, we get the message Format is not possible. Is there any way we can have access to this drive. It is no problem if we have to lose all the data in it.

your hard disk is spoilt
if its under warranty get it replaced
i had wd and seagate...
wd had this prob after falling down(its not necessary that there has to be physical damage for disk to get spoilt)
was under warranty so they gave me a new 1
the same error occurred for my transcend pendrive...tried lots of stuff then gave up
