Yes u can run gtx550 ti gfx on this asus motherboard go on & install gtx550 ti on this Asus motherboard but u have to see is ur psu (power supply unit) good enough to support gtx550 ti check it first its very important if u use wrong psu then it can completely distory ur motherboard as well as gfx so check it first if ur psu can't support this gfx then buy corsair gs500w (there r various series in corsair psu they r cx,gs,hx etc cx series r for builder series,gs series r for gaming series,hx is for high end pc series etc)

this psu will cost u 80$ (4000rs)

On the box it says something like:

2 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 Slot

2 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 Slot

your motherboard has pcie x16 2.0 slot

so you can use gtx 550ti and also other graphics card

make sure your psu have one 6 pin power connector which is required for graphics card

as long as your graphics current arent integrated you should be fine
