why does the sunlight make me feel sick?

You really have answered your own question in that you rarely come out of your home....The human frame is in need of sunlight,vitamin D. You are also not doing your eyesight/vision any good. The sunlight acts like edicine by nourishing the eye components. I hope for your sake, that you donot develop early cataracts as a results of artificial lighting or worse still, blindness. You are age 18, but, give yourself a few more years and your bones will end up being brittle, Seriously ! and then the medical condition referred to as osteoporosis and other ailments will set in....
