basically govt has to move on certain laws and rules but our corrupt system is above rules and so they can do anything at any point of time for which they are free in the interest of public.
ayawati had done whatever she wanted to grab the money from public servant of UP and mde and Industry of transfers and posting though she herself declares thgatn after that no transfer and posting would be done.
