Please critique my poem?

I think you would like the Book of Job or of Kohalith in the Hebrew Scriptures.

It has sentiments similar to what you wrote. It seems to come from someone who is mad at G-d.

But as far as who invented this - I would say the Blind Watch Maker - the Hand of evolution.

Without desires like to be out of the elements and to eat then that species would be supplanted by one who does desire these things.

I'd like it more if it was about hunger for things other than food.
