It means, " In Kaliyug there is no other way, In Kaliyug there is no other way, In Kaliyug there is no other way, other than by chanting the Holy name, chanting the Holy name, chanting the Holy name.

It is repeated thrice to emphasise that this is the best, easiest and fastest means to be free from the repeated cycles of birth, death, old age, disease, fault, misfortune and unhappiness.

In Satyug, the means of salvation (to be Jeevan Mukta) was to perform huge sacrifices.

In Tretayug the means of salvation was to meditate on the Lord.

In Dvapara yug, the means of salvation was to doing the rituals like visiting temples and holy places number of times a day.

But in Kaliyug, the means of salvation was to chant the Holy name of the Lord anywhere, anytime, anyplace,

    1. Loudly in Kirtana,

    2. Softly in Japa and

    3. Silently in Dhyana.

    HARE KRISHNA!

because it's remind us, that no any other way for us to go back home back to godhead. In this kaliyuga every do is offense. Therefore chaitanya mahaprabhu said nasty eva nasty eva nasty eva gatir anyatha. Only by chanting the holy name you can go back to godhead.
