i want to get divorce from my wife?
me & my wife, was love marriage, but problem is we are not legal married, i stayed in my wife house after marriage for 3yrs, came out of her house because of mental torture give by my wife, now im with my parents, for next 3yrs i was taking care of her expenses by giving 40% of my salary (3500.00 given to her) every month, i use to stay in her house every Sunday, i still love her, but she has affair with some one, i got them red handed in a park and some roaming city in bike, chatting over the phone texting sms. i want divorce her pls tell me what and how to get ride of this problem.

If you are not legally married, you do not have to get a divorce.

Take photographs and collect as many evidences as possible about your wife's affair. You will need this to safeguard yourselves from any accusations from your wife's side.
If you are not married legally,but have stayed with her for considerable period as husband ans wife which is recognised by Indian Courts. If you lover her and want to continue,Speak to her and if your efforts don't bear fruits just apply for separation/divorce and stay away. May be it may take a couple of years to get the result. Starr anew life.

If you're not legally married, you don't need to get a divorce. Depending on where you are and how long you lived together, there may be common laws, but those vary quite a bit. Just leave.

are u sure you are not legally married . if yes no need to take divorce.
you r absolutely free. but if you had kids then what to do? you r taking care of them or u r wife?
but if no kids no problem.
