    If the corrupt government departments and courts are allowed to choose a man of their convenience, then what will be the meaning of Central Vigilance Commission ? It is not a job of a dumb, stupid person who is always honest. The resistance towards PV Thomas indicates that he should be the person of choice. There is no meaning in appointing a Brahmin to watch a Brahmin dominated Indian bureaucracy.
