Best NVIDIA motherboard for Pentium D under Rs. 3000?

I have Compaq PC with

* 17" CRT monitor

* Pentium D processor

* 256mb DDR-1 RAM

* 80GB HDD

* 64mb on-board graphics.

I have 2gb of DDR-2 RAM.

So, I want a suitable nVidia chip-set motherboard with good integrated graphics, so that i can use my processor and DDR-2 RAM with it.

(Q1) - Can anyone suggest me some nVidia chip-set motherboards with good integrated graphics so that i could play games like flat-out 2, commandos strike force, fear, etc without going for a graphics card now.

(Q2) - Also how much (in MB) is the integrated graphics of these motherboards???

(Q3) - Are these boards better than the G31 & G33 chip-set boards of same price???

I have maximum budget of Rs.3000 ($65). Please help me???

    budget is a bit low, The motherboard is the MOST important part, i would go as far to spend 1k on a motherboard if i was building a good computer.

    2GB of ram isn't really enough for gaming, I would suggest 4GB.
