    ammonia and hot water 50/50

soak first for 20 minutes then if you happen to have a back massager- use it to vibrate the container the gold and solution is in for a few minutes - this will work like sonic cleaning- gets out dirt between stuff. Now scrub gently with a soft toothbrush between links and such if there are any.

    (med/hard will scratch gold)

Rinse well with water and dry with towel- buff with flannel cloth for extra shine.

    (NOT FOR PEARLS or silver)

FAST SHINE use a new "Mr Clean original" cleaning pad.Wet with plain water and rub over gold surface just a few times and its clean. Works on silver as well. (Want fast white teeth at home- Mr clean pad again- just with water- rub front teeth (not gums!) a few times and ta da! stains are gone- be sure to use a new pad- original only- it has no cleaning solutions in it)

Mix 1 tsp. (5 ml) dish soap and 1 qt. (1.1 l) warm water together in a bowl. Swish it enough that the soap bubbles up slightly. Put your jewelry into the bowl and allow it to soak for 10 to 15 minutes. By using an old toothbrush with a paste of baking soda and warm water, gently rub the toothbrush's bristles on the white gold piece to remove the dirt.Dry the white gold using a soft towel or jewelry polishing cloth. Get the white gold completely dry.

Plain jewelry can be washed under running water and then dry and rub turmeric powder gently with help of soft cotton or silk. 2 - Jewelry with beads/coral can be washed with luke warm water and rub dry with soft cotton or silk.

Try vinegar and baking soda for the gold, put in vinegar and add soda, it works on beads also, but coral, use a mild soap and water.
