What prize/reward/gift/incentive can be given to the official who is prompt in cutting off the electric current supply in our area between 3p.m. and 6 p. m. ?The clock may show 5 minutes fast or 5 minutes late. but he is good in keeping the time for the cut at the right time on dot.

A award/reward/prize/incentive for the official who cuts off the electric supply exactly at time should be, The area people should not curse him, this will be the best he can get him in his life for his duty.

As you may know, time varies from clock to clock versus official time, just because of the way clocks have been set. Why would power be cut anyway? Do you live in China?
I believe in small towns in the turn of the last century, it was common to rotate power to sections of the city because they couldn't supply the whole town.

I don't think awards exist for such things...except maybe internally with the company..a job well done should be rewarded
