How to remove blocks and speed limits from megaupload,or rapidshare?

I download psp games but they are huge and my modem sometimes disconnect so those downloads cannot be resumed

can anyone tell me how to download from from megaupload and rapidshare with high speed and withouts blocks .or i can resume them even if my modem is disconnected.and download them later .

    Why not fix the reason your modem disconnects instead? Do you have DSL?
