What exercises can I do to lose weight?
As far as diet is concerned, I eat really healthy, drink lots of water, etc. But I'm lacking in exercise, what sorta stuff should I do to lose a few pounds - mainly on my thighs?

Sigh - the best exercise is the one where you take both hands and push away from the table. Limiting food intake is the best way to lose weight. Second best exercise for losing weight is walking - walking as far as you can away from your home, walk until you are tired, then rest, and then walk home. If you live on top of a hill or a mountain then the time spent returning home is even more of a weight reducer than walking down the hill. Third best exercise for losing weight - go fill a glass and drink a glass of water each and every time you feel hunger. Sometimes hunger is merely dehydration. Fouth best exercise for losing weight? Laughter! Find a friend who shares your sense of humor and who also needs to drink more water, walk a little farther, and who also needs a partner to combat weight gain. And .... if your friend is up for it ......I recommend the...... Fifth best exercise? DANCING - find a friend and go out and dance, dance, dance! Doesn't matter if it is Swing, Rock n' Roll, HipHop, Country & Western, Classic Ballroom, or Latino. Dancing is fun, amusing, and works every part of your body.

Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren't sure how to change it - and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else.
So what should you do about weight control?

It's almost impossible to do spot weight loss, but if you want an exercise program that will really get you into great shape you should try P90X. It's a program that works different muscles so your body doesn't get accustomed to the program and you burn more calories. It's pretty pricey but it's awesome. There are clips online to check out just to try it. And they have it on limewire if you're feeling especially illegal today.

weight loss I advise performing these 3 exercises and will be able to lose 5-10 Kilos in a Week. I make these ejercicos and really work, well the ejercicos are:
Technique bicycle / cycling
P1. Lie flat on your back and interlace your fingers behind your head.
P2. About your knees toward your chest and lift your elbows without stretching the neck.
P3. Straighten the left leg in a 45 degree angle while simultaneously bend your torso to the right, bringing the left elbow towards the right knee.
P4. Switch sides, bringing the right elbow towards the left knee.
P5. Continue alternating sides, making the motion similar to pedaling a bicycle made for 12 or 16 reps.
Contractions with legs upright
P1. Lie on the floor on your back and extend your legs at an angle of 90 degrees with knees crossed.
P2. Contract your stomach is to lift your shoulders off the floor, as if you wanted to touch your knees to your chest.
P3. Keep your legs in a fixed and imagine, at the time of contracting, the column you want to play with the navel position.
P4. Lower and repeat 12 to 16 times.
vertical contractions
P1. Lie on your back and extend your legs up as if you tried to touch the ceiling.
P2. Place your hands behind your head and contract your abdominals to shoulders off the floor.
P3. At the same time, press the heels towards the ceiling, acquiring a U shape along the torso.
P4. Low and practice between 12 and 16 repetitions.

After reading this I just have to share something because I spent many many years switching from diet to diet without seeing any results until I saw Pams magic plan (i found it on google). It is without a doubt the best weight loss that I have ever achieved and I am still trim to this day.

Well, really, any exercises should do. I personally don't believe in spot reduction, when you focus on one area, but I suppose you could try if you like. Instead of just working certain places, work your whole body. Your body will burn fat no matter where the exercise is focused at. Try swimming, it'll work everything in your body, and it's good fun!

To keep your weight down you just have to moderate your intake while avoiding
unhealthy foods.. eat greens and veggies and do some walking!
