my hotmail ID is hacked?

my email Id is hacked how can I get it back

its not taking password, I could not reset the password

it also not sending it to my alternative email,

its not responding for secret question as well

can any body tell how can i open the e mail

it is hotmail acct.

    If you have changed your password a hacker should not be able to access your account any more and you should check if any new messages your didn't send are still in your sent items. If they are, change your password again to something very secure. If they are not then the messages are being sent from another email with yours set as the reply address. If you can get hold of one of the messages with the headers, etc. you might be able to report it and get it traced. The other thing is to check if your computer is affected by malicious software - get a good antivirus and do a scan to clear up any viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, etc.
