different products have different advantages.
Lacto based lotion : it makes your skin fair ,and keeps it cool.
aloe vera based lotion : keeps your skin soft and protects from Pimples

Yes it will.I also suggest that use Aloevera directly.It is more useful than using cream of aloe vera.
