    1 Corinthians 13 is probably the obvious choice...personally I really dislike this being used at weddings, not because it is over-done, but because these verses aren't supposed to describe romantic love...they are describing God's love for us and setting the standard for how we should love others - ALL others...not just our husband or wife.

    Others i quite like are:

    Delight yourself also in the Lord,

    and he shall give you the desires of your heart.

    Psalm 37:4

    The Lord has done great things for us,

    and we are filled with joy.

    Psalm 126:3

    God is love, and whoever dwells in love

    dwells in God.

    1 John 4:16

    Therefore what God has joined together,

    let man not separate.

    Matthew 19:6

    I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine...

    Song of Solomon 6:3

    As long as we love one another,

    God will live in us,

    and his love will be

    complete in us.

    1 John 4:12

    I hold you in my heart, for we have

    shared together God's blessings.

    Philippians 1:7

    Personally, my favourite is 1 John 4....we're having this read at our wedding.

    Good luck!

    The first thing you must know is if you want to save your marriage and if you find yourself alone in this desire, waiting for the other spouse to make the first move is the beginning of the end. Learn here https://tr.im/OVgRo

    If you are looking for someone to blame or someone else to put the emotional and physical work into saving the marriage, again, it's going to fail.

    I just finished reading the Song of Songs, and here are my top picks:

    Chapter 2, verse 7: Young women of Jerusalem, promise me by the power of deer and gazelles, never to awaken love before it is ready.

    Chapter 8, verses 6-7: Always keep me in your heart, and wear this bracelet to remember me by. The passion of love bursting into flame is more powerful than death, stronger than the grave. Love cannot be drowned by oceans or floods, it cannot be bought no matter what is offered.

    =) Congratulations in advance. =)

    my only suggestion is make it real and applicable to you

    if you are looking for help online, i have to wonder if you are familiar with all the verses?

    i think churches and verses are nice and pretty, but i think it's important to have a connection to the church before doing/using them

    i did not get married in a church or use bible verses as i don't have an affiliation with the church and didn't feel like i had a place/right to use them

    congrats on the wedding

    In my opinion you should let it come from your heart and pick what you love.

    But i will post some suggestions

    1 Corinthians 13:4-7

    Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

    Song of Solomon 2:10-13

    My lover spoke and said to me,

    "Arise, my darling,

    my beautiful one, and come with me.

    See! The winter is past;

    the rains are over and gone.

    Flowers appear on the earth;

    the season of singing has come,

    the cooing of doves

    is heard in our land.

    The fig tree forms its early fruit;

    the blossoming vines spread their fragrance.

    Arise, come, my darling;

    my beautiful one, come with me."

    Song of Solomon 8:6-7

    Place me like a seal over your heart,

    like a seal on your arm;

    for love is as strong as death,

    its jealousy unyielding as the grave.

    It burns like blazing fire,

    like a mighty flame.

    Many waters cannot quench love;

    rivers cannot wash it away.

    If one were to give

    all the wealth of his house for love,

    it would be utterly scorned.

    Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

    Two are better than one,

    because they have a good return for their work:

    If one falls down,

    his friend can help him up.

    But pity the man who falls

    and has no one to help him up!

    Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.

    But how can one keep warm alone?

    Though one may be overpowered,

    two can defend themselves.

    A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

    All of these are wonderful in my opinion, and i'm an athiest isn't that strange haha.

    Good luck with making your invitations and have a fantastic wedding.

    Its from Collosians 13...

    "Put on love, which binds (these) [things] together in perfect unity"

    or theres a bit in Peter which says.... "We love because He first loved us"

    Happy wedding planning x
