Both speakers on right side of truck you can barely hear.?

I can barely hear anything coming out of my speakers on the passenger side of my truck. The driver side sounds fine. I have to put my ear up to the speakers on the passenger side to hear anything. You can hear the music but it is extremely low, even when putting the balance all the way to that side and turning the volume up it stays the same. Any ideas

    I'm not an expert, but it sounds to me like either an electrical problem, or a problem with the deck/amp not distributing the signal properly.
