my frd had a unprotected sex on 1st july, within 40 hours she took emergency contraceptive pills, her last menses was 14 may, 19th june, and couple of week have been past after having sex. 

first week she felt tighten of waistline, few black dots on breast
second week she felt pain in lower abdomen, pain in breast especially tit regions. and few fatigue in eye area. 

Is this all symptoms of pregnancy? or is any side effect of medicine? so what should be best method of detecting it?

Actually my doctor told me that over the counter pregnancy tests after 4 weeks is the most effective way to find out if you are pregnant. The tests they have at my doctors office as actually LESS sensitive than over the counter tests.

best method is a doctor's exam and blood test. 
one week after pregnancy will not cause weight gain or spotted breasts. and what is a tit region?

I am 13weeks now, and the earliest sign for me was painful breasts. Every woman is different. 

To get a response from urine test she has to try one atleast 4-5days before her next period. Ask her to buy early response.
