how risky (for lack of a better word) is it to have a 200W RMS amp going to a 200W max RMS Sub?

I am about to buy an amp for a kenwood, the amp puts out 200w RMS and the kenwood is rated 200W RMS. Should i get an amp that puts out a little less RMS than the max the sub calls for.

First, only pay attention to RMS ratings. This could get tricky since you might say "max RMS power handling" As in the most it can handle

But no, a 200 watt amp is just perfect for a 200 watt sub!
