Female ovulation cycles can be very unpredictable. Most women ovulate on a different day every month, regardless of whether or not their periods always start like clockwork. It's really unwise to rely on a "typical" menstrual cycle to determine whether or not it's "safe" for her to have sex without getting pregnant.

If your friend doesn't want to get pregnant, she needs to be using multiple forms of contraceptive every single time she has sex. Relying on so-called "safe" days to have sex is a sure fire way to end up with an unwanted pregnancy. It takes months of very close charting and fertility tracking to get to know one's cycle, and they change from month to month.

It depends on the length of your friend's cycle. Figure out the date her next period is due & count back 14 days. That should pinpoint her ovulation time. Whether or not it falls around July 2nd, I'm not sure; it all depends on the length of her cycle.

No because she was probably ovulating on or around July 2nd if her last period started on June 19th

If she has a average cycle then she probably ovulated on the 3rd july and the most possible dates of conceiving are june 29th til the 7th july.

Well it depends if the beginning of her menstrual cycle was June 19th, then it is possle. But if this was the last day of her cycle then no probably not. But tell your friend next time she "does" sex to wear a condom.
