What happened to the legendary Bret the HITMAN hart?? Why doesn't he wrestle anymore? Love to see him in actio?

He suffered a concussion during a match with Bill Goldberg in WCW after taking a bad mule kick from Bill. He continued to wrestle, unaware of how seriously injured he was, but eventually found out that he was in such a bad way that retirement was his only real option.

After retiring, he was cycling in Canada and hit a pothole in the ground, sending him crashing to the ground. He suffered a stroke. We will never see the 'Excellence Of Execution' wrestle ever again, sadly-his career is most certainly over. Terrible way for it to end.

He suffered concussion during his match with Goldberg back in Starrcade 2000. After that he wrestled a series of matches then vacated the title and retired. It's really a shame, a legend like him has to end his career that way. His downfall really started in Survivor Series 1997 when the Montreal Screwjob occured. I would love see him in action, just for one match, but it's just a dream, it won't ever happen coz the injury he suffered won't make him be able to ever wrestle again for the rest of his life. I would only like Bret to make apperance, but it's so unlikely due to bad relationship he had with Vince McMahon.

These two had SEVERAL singles matches in there WWE careers, dating all the way back to when both were in their respective tag teams. The first big time match these two had was Survivor Series 1992, where they were the main event with Shawn being the IC champion and Bret being the World champion. Bret retained the belt clean that night with the sharpshooter.

What happened to Bret? Where have you been under a rock! First the Montreal screw job by Shawn Micheals, remember that? Then there was the motorcycle accident, and lets not forget a stroke. Not to mention many injury's and concussions.

Last I heard he was on a book tour. He can't wrestle again because of injuries. I think a concussion, among other things. He has a website. Just type in his name on google.

Joking, he was leaving WWE for WCW, and Vince did the whole screwjob thing. He failed in WCW, got an extremely bad concussion, and then retired. He's probably too old to wrestle, but he still does signings and tours.

Very serious injuries involving concussions that ended his career. Otherwise, it could have been even more serious.

Not a big WWE fan, however, I think he had a huge falling out with Vince McMahon after his brother died in the ring.
