Do you think that The Tamil Elam leader Captain Prabhakaran dead?

There is no authenticated news: if he died means why the srilankan government is not taking his body and show it to the public; There are various and conflicted messages about his death:so he is in alive:

Update:

There are different statements from lankan leaders: Karuna is telling that heidentifed him and Prabhakar died only 19th morning. No truth in the statements: why they are not bringing to the public place and declare dead: no foreign reporter is allowed. UNO, EU,Norway and others are condemning: Indians are keeping silent: they are busy in getting their Political post:> even Thirumavalavan

    Head of International Secretariat of the Intelligence wing of the LTTE, Mr. Arivazhakan, who contacted TamilNet Friday categorically denied the reports that the LTTE leader Mr. Velupillai Pirapaharan has been killed. Mr. Arivazhakan urged the global Tamil community not to trust the "engineered rumours," being spread by the Government of Sri Lanka and its military establishment.

    "Our beloved leader is alive," he said and added that the LTTE leadership will make contact with its people at a suitable time in future.

    "These rumours have been set afloat to confuse the global Tamil community which has been voicing support for the liberation of Tamil Eelam," he further said.

    Mr. Arivazhakan, who verified his identity through a senior reporter in Sri Lanka, did not reveal his location due to security reasons.

    I don't think so. There are no international journalists to verify his death. Only the north indian media will believe whatever Srilankan govt says and will telecast in favour of Rajapakshe. Tamil Nadu will not believe any such stories. If he is really dead, then let the govt display his body publicly.

    if prbakaran is not dead in srilanka, he should be alive in india;

    how else can Srilankans roam in LTTE prabakaran's areas without getting shot down as in previous occassions?

    Why no one is saying that rajapakshe and prabakaran have come to a secret understanding to allow into Srilanka,a repeatedly pestering, ban-ki-moon,under western compulsions and threats, to show nothing is happening in Srilankan areas and all tamils are happy, while prabakaran hides?

    Yes, he is alive just as Netaji Subhas Chandrs Bose is alive for Pasumpon.

    he is dead i saw his dead body in ITN channel.... his eyes wide open and a bullet going through his head.... sorry i know that is discrimination to the tamils.. but the dead body looks so fake to me... i am sinhalese ......... i like tamil people ..... i have many tamil friends in my school .....
