ps3 display problems ?

till last week i was playing my ps3 on a sony bravia lcd

now i replaced it with a samsung full hd lcd here is more info on my lcd:

http://www.samsung.com/hk_en/consumer/de...

now whenever i start up my ps3, these red pixel show up all over the screen for a few seconds and then everything becomes normal again

what is wrong with it. this happens only with my ps3. My dvd, set up box (receiver) ,blueray player work without a problem

this does not effect my gameplay (only at start up)

tried everything ie reset my ps3, display settings, changed HDMI wire, changed port and everything else i could think of

what is wrong ???

Update:

its a samsung LA40M81BX

Update 2:

it is something i could live without !!!

I wouldn't concern yourself with it too much as long as it goes away right away!

It sounds like it's just interference or 'noise' produced by the PS3's optical drive starting up. You could try to move the PS3 farther away from the TV and/or get a cable that is more heavily shielded.
