zelda twilight princess question?

is there any point in the game where you can never go back to a wolf form? i want to get the poes and am pretty far into the game, but you can only get their souls when you are a wolf. if i dont get them now and finish the game, can i still get them later?

    After you get the master sword you will be able to be wolf and human anytime. and yes after the game has been finshed you can still go bak to wolf form
