is laser treatment good and effective?

i have to undergo for a pigmentation removal.

please suggest how is it.

    yes, I understand it can be effective. However, acid peels done by a professional can do the same thing. Again you must use a professional. Otherwise either process could be damaging.

    I have the same condition and have had excellent results using a 'bleach cream' solution prescribed by my general practioner and my dermatologist. --It's cheaper and safer although it is a slower process. No pain, though. You may want to try this first.
