Tata indicom Vs Reliance CDMA mobile?

Question

I am looking for a cheap heavy STD calling option. Both have such schemes, but Tata Indicom appears cheaper. 
In terms of price, voice quality and reliability, which one is better?

U can go for postpaid for more cheaper (STD) calling rates.........
U can even hear ..........whisper............... in Tata Indicom
U just go for it..................

I am not a CDMA user the Tata Walky (Wireless Landline) which we have at home has poor coverage.. Sound quality is good in tata. I saw an advertisment on TV about Reliance offering a monthly package for Rs.400-500 per month for unlimited STD calls through India.. Better inquire about that before you buy anything..

Tata indicom is better because
1 speed is fast in Reliance speed is very very very slow.
2 Tata indicom bill is less in  Reliance you will have many billing problems.
