No that's not correct. First our advisors left a month ago. Second if Russia sent one of there fighters into Georgian airspace, than Georgia has the absolute right to shot them down.

You've got it precisely backwards. The Georgian people are sovereign over their own lands, and are free to invite whoever they like into their country to conduct military training exercises. It's the Russians who cannot get it through their heads that the Soviet Union is dead, and Russia is no longer in charge of what happens in its former conquered territories.
