Every other commercial on tv is promoting green living, or green technologies and so on.

You can think that we are selfish all you want, but maybe you should be looking to our government as to why they are not mandating actions, and doing more to help enviornmental problems. The ordinary citizens have already far surpassed anything that the government has done, or are doing.

Keep in mind that our population is around 300 million. You can't change things like this overnight.

Most of us have no problem with living more efficiently, and doing our part to cut down on pollution and waste, but all the green technologies have to be also more affordable to the average consumer......which they are not, so we do what we can until these things change.
