How do you use St Pancras wifi?

I found a "St Pancras Wifi" SSID at the newly refurbished station of the same name in London. It is listed as an open network, so there are no Wep/Wap/Wot keys to enter. But I could not get a connection either - the laptop gets stuck on "getting IP", so there is nowhere to put in any key, credit card or other details via a web site.

Fortunately one of the coffee bars in the station has free wifi. But the signal does not carry very far. So how do you use the St Pancras wifi?

Update:

I did think about the Mac address, but I think it is supposed to be a service for the public. But maybe you're right and its just a network for the people who work there. I'm hoping someone here might know.

I'm not there, but I'm guessing that you don't. It's probably limited by MAC address.
