My father and mother expired on 2004 and 2013 without make any will. And his legal heirs are Me my daughter (21 years) and my son (11 years), My brother and his only daughter (15 years) and My 3 Married sisters along with their children who are well settled.

You're wrong b coz you don't know facts in detail in historical ,legal & humanetarian perspective of the problem. J & K is a DISPUTED TERRITORY & never a part of either India or Pakistan unless & until 'right of self determination' is DIRECTLY given to the people of the sate by a FREE , FAIR & IMPARTIAL PLEBISCITE is held in the ENTIRE STATE, in absence of Indian as well as Pakistani armies in any part of state, under NEUTRAL administration , under UN auspices, as decided by UN Security Council(on 5 th January, 1949), as an UNEQUIVOCAL & most accurate solution of the problem. Any UNSC Resolution cannot be cancelled outside UNSC & is binding on both parties to the dispute in similar manner as a judgement passed by a supreme court is binding on both parties & is irreplaceable even if both parties sit together AFTER judgement & decide to CANCEL that( as per UN CHARTER). UNSC declared PEOPLE of Kashmir , the MOST IMPORTANT party to the dispute & countries like India & Pakistan nothing more that CLAIMANTS ONLY. UNO sent its representatives 1. Admiral Chester Nimitz, 2.Gen. Macnaughton, 3. Sir Owen Dixon, 4. Dr. Frank Graham & 5. Gunnar Jarring one after another since 1949 to present formulae for 'synchronised withdrawal' of armies of both sides of the state so that freedom & fairness of the plebiscite is guaranteed, all recommendations accepted by Pakistan but rejected only by India. Indian Prime Minister Nehru's version was that first, Pakistan's full army is removed from the parts of the state she occupied & a gap of few weeks should be given & after that India WILL START withdrawal of her army from the part of state she occupied ( so that India gets easy chance of occupying the WHOLE state & after that India will say, " What is plebiscite ? We won't allow anything. Entire Kashmir is ours.") Only foolish persons will accept that. So, the plebiscite couldn't be held b coz of obstacles & stumbling blocks created by India. Pakistan was all the time ready for plebiscite but India was never. Nehru changed stands, all unprincipled & dishonesty based like clothes daily. Once he said, Indian army is world's most neutral & so is her administration(Delhi imposed) so, plebiscite would be MOST free & fair under her control. Sir Owen Dixon wrote in his final report that Nehru wantd plebiscite to be held in that condition under which India gets full chance of heavy rigging in that to her favour & the whole world accept that result as most free & fair. That stand is the stumbling block from 1949 to now. I was in Kashmir recently few weeks ago for a long time without security & travelled everywhere. I talked with over 1,00,000 people. Many villages & townships have no male member at all. Indian army killed over 7,00,000 Muslims & raped over 60,000 young girls as per Govt. of India's order. I've seen how people are harassed by rogue Indian Hindu army. Sikh army is the best. 99 % people are against India & none in her favour. People's verdict is crystal clear. Many districts are now liberated zones, as Indain army is retreating b coz of people's resistance. India & Pakistan both have no locus standii on Kashmir. Indian constitution is illegal in Kashmir. & so is farcial Art 370, a hoodwinking device. Kashmiri people are extremely intelligent & talented , much more than Punjabis of India . Every Kashmiri is fully aware of the problem & people's rights under international law finely, ready to give fitting reply to any question on the issue, much more than any Indian, a news for all Indians. Most of Indians don't know an iota of the problem. Whatever I 've presented here is only a tip of iceberg. Study in detail & analyse HONESTLY. Only PERFECTLY NEUTRAL persons can talk honestly on Kashmir Dispute. Most of Indians favour India only b coz they're on their side of the boundary & not on the basis af truth, honesty & injustice. None of the three things exist in Indian elite & ruling society. Kashmiri people are very honest & simple but brave, much braver than Palestinians. Little knowledge is a dangerous thing. I've studied over 750 books on Kashmir. Kashmir was first attacked by India on 19 th July, 1947 as Patiala Sikh army landed Kashmir(Anil Athales's article Sunday Observer, mumbai dated 26 th October, 1997 captione "The Genesis of Border Dispute". Athale , earlier belonged to Gorkha Regiment of Indian army). From 27 th July Indian goondas of RSS, Hindu Mahasabha & Akali Sikhs inveded Kathua, Jammu, Udhampur & Poonch districts of the stae & killed about 5,00,000 Muslims there & pushed an equal number(much more than Kashmir Pundits) to Pakistan as reported in British press , in 'Kashmir Times' newspaper then run by Shri G. K. Reddy & the book 'Danger in Kashmir' by Joseph Korbel(1966). Indian army landed Srinagar on 17 th October, 1947( reported in all British records kept top secret in India Office Library , London till 1996 ; reported in the detailed version of the book :"Birth of a Tragedy, Kashmir 1947" by Professor Harry Alastair Lamb published by Roxford books , Hertingsfordbury , UK & elsewhere) , five days before Pakistani Pathan(Afridi, Waziri, Masoodi & Helmond) Tribal invasion on 22 nd October, 1947, which India branded in UNSC as aggression. Who was real aggressor is crystal clear by recorded proofs. Biased people utter rubbish without knowledge. Mahraja Hari Singh was not legal ruler of Kashmir & hence not autherised to sign the so called instrument of accession on 27 th October, 1947(which actually never existed as proved by Lamb & many others) b coz the 100 year hereditary Dogra Rulership ended on 15 th March , 1946( The Amritsar Treaty dated 16 th March, 1846 expired that day, the treaty itself was highly inhuman & illegal by which Punjabi Maharaja Gulab Singh acquired Kashmir onthe basis of human sale deed at the rate of Nanakshahi Rupees 7.00 per person like goats & sheeps sold & in that too the area s of Gilgit, Batistan & ladakh were not there which were annexed by force. The treaty involved only areas between rivers Ravi & Beas, not entire Jammu & Kashmir). Kashmir issue is most shamful & inhuman issue for India. Dogra despot was a dictator, & so called champion of democracy, India claims Kasmhir on the basis of illegal Amritsar Treaty. What nonsense. I can debate with anyone. 12 years ago I challenged many including many retired Indian high court judges to find any mistake in my version to get reward of $ 2,000 for each mistake pointed out with justification through an international news service but none dared. The Art 370 is a reminder to India that Kashmir is a disputed territory & so, no Law passed by Indian federal Govt is binding on J & K state until India wins the abovementioned Plebiscte under UNSC. The existance of UN Observers Office in Sonawar area of southern part of Srinagar & movements of WHITE VEHICLES in Kashmir clears that it is a disputed territory. Similar office exists on the other side of LoC. People's right of self determination given by an international organisation has no substitute by imposing the so called assembly elections by both occupier countries & that is called fraudulent manipulation bid or subterfuge only , AGAINST INTERNATIONAL LAW. If people of a disputed territory start armed struggle at the end to expell imposed establishment of the occupier country & her army to prevent their atrocities, it is not called terrorism, rather struggle to get back legitimate right of self determination, if the arms are used against the occupier army & not innocent civilians. UN Charter allows that as legal right. Killing innocent civilians is definitely terrorism. People there know fully well who is killing innocent civilians, as I too have seen. People of Kashmir never joined India, rather, illegal cruel anti-Muslim Ruler(as his own son wrote in his autobiography) was going to be kiiled by people, having no support, fled secretly in a night's darkness(on 26 th October, 1947 night) from the capital & later reached Delhi secretly.
