Transfer of Hindu Religious Property (Dabatra Sampatti)?

I have inherited a Hindu Religious Property(Debatra Property) and I have 2 other brothers to share the rights and liabilities as may incur. Now we three have decided to sale off the property. What legal procedures should we follow? Can we simply execute a Sale deed for the transfer or we have to obtain Court orders for the same or any other procedures?

even the Hindu religious property is your own property i.e. a joint property. you can sell the same by executing a sale deed but consent of all brothers must be there
