If God ran for President of the U.S. would you vote for God?

Would your answer be influenced by whether or not God wasn't the Christian God, but rather turned out to be Allah, Jehovah, Shiva, or some other God you haven't heard of or don't know much about?

    Not exactly.

There would be no need, not that God would want the job in the first place.

There's a reason you've heard of the Kingdom of God, but not the Angel's Republic of Heaven.

Well, there's only one God I know , the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. And there is no other God besides Him.

And what you're saying , it will be a different god that I haven't heard or know about, who will ran for President , then I would say NO.

They are all the same God but with different names. There's only one God & he would never run for president.

No i would not vote for God at all. Why would you vote for him anyways does he have a political background you may as well vote for me because I am as much of a politician as God is Im sure.

No. If it's god (regardless of which one), why the *$#% would I waste my time voting for someone already so powerful. I mean, common. It's god. Would you really need to vote for god?

Mike Huckabee said that Jesus would be too smart to get into politics, the same could go for God :)

Only to be the Christian God of the Bible. All others, no.

As Huckabee said when asked, "What would Jesus do if he were running?"..."Jesus was "too smart to run for public office". I think God (by whatever name you call him) is also too smart to run.

We are voting for the best human. I happen to believe there is one Supreme Being...no matter what we call him.

God wasn't born in America, so he can't be president.
