Why do we feel colder when we get up in the morning?
Why is it that we feel colder when we get up in the morning from sleep but we dont feel cold if we continue to stay awake?

All of the above PLUS the circulation of blood in our bodies has slower during sleep. Once we get moving (and in my case have a cup of coffee) our blood should be pumping a bit more.

our beds are really warm, and it's a shock to get up!

Because your body temperature drops when your sleeping.
