we normally use words like beautifull, wonderfull, marvellous and tasty
but occationally use u r sexxy and is there any mesurement 4 this or it could be only a feelings?

When you are attracted to a person , who is looking hot you can use sexy. But you can also use it in a number of phrases like sexy bike,sexy car,sexy .......long list

U can say it as long as u dont offend the other person or thing :P

I disagree with Katz, I love to be called Sexy.  A person can be beautiful, sure.  But when they are sexy they are hot. (Sizzling, on fire, highly desired!!!!)  OOOHHHH my, I feel the heat already.
