    Classical All the Way!!!! Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Celtic Music, Saxaphone Music & many instrumental music...

    The sounds of the ocean, cricket chirping, summer nights are what puts me to sleep....really nice soothing sounds.

    Some of the more soothing vocal music I've found is Josh Groban, and a lot of Michelle Featherstone. If you've never heard of them, be sure to check them out soon.

    I'd recommend the music of nature... plenty of Cd's available with gentle waterfalls, birds chirping, easy breezes, etc.
