If you had $1,500 - $2,000 and wanted a safe, reliable, comfortable car that would last for a lot of miles. Emphasis on comfortable.?

    Favourite answer:

A SAAB. No doubt. First of all people are scared of them. "Ooh, they aren't made anymore, you can't take them to the dealer because there is no dealer." True but only a putz takes a used car to a dealer. Dealers are notorious thieves.

"You can't get parts for them anymore" Sure you can. e-Europarts. Rock Auto, Autozone. No parts shortage. It's that "dealership mentality again" Dealerships love that.

Because people are stupid and believe the previous misconceptions, you can get a SAAB cheap. It has the quality of a Benz or BMW at a fraction of the price.

Safe? They are tanks with wheels. SAAB was all about safety. They made heavy cars with lots of steel. They made up for the weight by making powerful turbocharged 4 cylinder engines - really tough engines too, made for Swedish Iron, a particularly tough isotope of iron. Traction control, side airbags, stability control, winter drive mode and antilock brakes were standard.

Comfort. Few surpassed SAAB, with standard heated seats, leather upholstery and all kinds of other stuff that other car makers had as options. If you can get one of their TOTL models it will have ventilated memory seats. They even air conditioned the glove compartment.

A guy in Sweden put over a million miles on his SAAB. Reliable?

These were very expensive cars when they were new. Now it's a buyer's market because most people don't understand them.

Do you think it is ok to pollute a stream if it is on private property?

    Favourite answer:

Old Indian proverb: Never drink downstream from camp.

The stream may be on private property but t doesn't stay on private property. Have a word with your local park rangers or whoever controls watercourses.

The whole surface area of a cube is 96 square cm , find the volume of the cube !?

    Favourite answer:

Surface area of a cube, a cube has 8 faces each face is a square. So divide 96 by 8=16. The square root of 16 is four. So the cube is 4cm by 4cm by 4cm. Volume is 4cm x 4cm x 4cm = 64 cubic cm.

I know it was not my dog but would he have saved me if the other dog chewed them off?

It was the first day of dog walking. I walked this dark brown male staffy cross pitbull lurcher who is 3 years old. I walked him in the woods and this dog with no lead or coller smashed into me knocking me flying. He bit me all over before biting me in the groin and not letting go. It was all very very painfull but once he bit me in the groin and would not let go i was screaming and crying in agony. I felt a testicle between his teeth and the bite was getting harder slowly crushing a testicle. The dog i was walking was just standing there watching. The dog let go in the end but if my testicle had ruptured i would be absolutely screaming and crying in utter agony. Would the dog save me or still just stand there?
