Is TDS applicabe for rent for Office if so what is the limit & Rate of Tax

Contol the fees ! Improve the infracture ! Encourage the needy people thro' various schemes & benifits alone will fetch the good result - Is it not true

Collection beyond expectation in Service Tax forced to exteded the net for various Providers. In India whatever may the tax imposed the ultimate sufferer is middle man . Is it not ! HOw the govt going to give shelter to them ?

We know pretty well that the Civic sense seldom imporoves along with Road conditions why should we opt for "big" cars.

Its a nightmare from driving to parking due of lack of space availability. Even in a Big Shopping Malls, Kalyana Mandapams there is no room for Parking of small cars also.

Even in big cities small lanes,bend and depth stretch roads occupied since indipendence despite all the above hurdles why should we focus on 'big' cars. Is it purely for competition and exports purposes only. 0% interest and small EMI has attracted even 'middle class' also got far a car whereas where the road for all these. One thing we can proud , i.e.,in old days if a person possess a car he will get a royal treatment in the society. But now You have an identity proof and drive away a car. Time has changed but Roads were never developed/changed. Despite all the abve the Fuel Price always on the increaseing side only. Manufacturers' to get rid of carrying cost & obselete stock sells everything

Why in India Budget gives "soft" corner to Industralists, Businessmen. Why its always a burden pass on the common community the 'end user' who always suffer in every budget.

In this ESOP - FBT will it not discourage IT & other major sectors' employees opt for a job out side India. Will they not think that Why should we earn just to pay tax to the Government.

India is shinning & Incredible India - HOw in following ways.

a) We collect Road Tax but the Infrastructure of Good Roads will never come up.

b) We will collect Service tax but Govt render Good services to Politicians,Businessmen,Actors,Tax evaders and not to the common community.

c) We collect Eduction Cess where as the standard of Eductation and Cost of Education is like soaring of Prices .

Collection of Huge Fees/Donation will never comes to an end.

Despite all the above collection everyone opts for Overseas Education - perhaps for Standard or any other specific reason ie., non availabiliity of seats and so on
