In last 10 years average price of a house in all the majore cities in Australia has increased to 200%. Say for example a house which cost $100,000 is now about $300,000. Further, rent also gone up. Seamingly, there is no end to this trend.

While few makes money out of it, millions suffer to pay martgage. This is not a good thing for the future generation.

Is there a way to stop this trend?

Today, we are the victime of free market economy. So called smart brains and analyst around the world make use of situation any thing silly and push the price of Crude Oil and Commodities.

We need to establish a council of world consumers to analys and approve or reject those speculation by market manipulators. If the reason been approved only than the speculators ahould be allowed to push the price. As of today there is no system to check wether they are right or wrong. As a result they always enjoy free ride and drive home millions in short time.

What is your opinion in this regard.

I am selling through consingment. I have about 25 customers on this term. Some of them provide item vise sales report and request us to raise invoice on their name. But others they just send a statement of sale for the month based on their billing. They deduct their commission and request us to send an invoice for that sales figure. These customers never provide any product/item vise how many sold. I am unable to cross check their sales figure. Is their any way I could track their exact sales figure of my consignees.

If we use these very powerful Bombs, explosion could push the Earth from its axis and orbiting path. When it happens, What will happen to Earth? Will it move towards sun or outwards to sun? If it moves either way, would it still be able to orbit the sun and rotate itself? or Will it be the end of life on Earth?
