I am moving out of my dorms before my contract expires and my college wants to charge me $1,300. I had no idea I d have to cancel the contract and I have to move back home for unrelated reasons. However, there is no charge if you re moving for military service or getting married. What would be the penalty for creating a fake marriage license to submit to my university and avoid the early cancellation fee?

Recently I bought a nice PCIe Wireless Card from Amped Wireless - I couldn't get my system to recognize it and thus I returned it and bought a new one, believing the one I'd returned was defective. The new one, however, has the exact same issue. When plugged in, the light on the card does not turn on, leading me to believe the PCIe port it is plugged into is not receiving power. I'm unsure of how to fix this though, I'm using Award Modular Bios (I can provide more info if needed) and have found no settings that might affect this. I have two PCIe ports, one of which has my functioning GPU plugged in, the other having my wireless card. Any ideas? I don't know if there is some setting I am missing, if the card is somehow incompatible with my PCIe port despite fitting into the port perfectly, if my motherboard has a broken port even. Maybe I have actually bought two defective wireless cards in a row? Seems unlikely. Any help would be appreciated.

8gb ram, 3.6 GHz processor, a brand new AMD Radeon 7970, and saints row cannot get more than 10 fps. On the menu I don't even get over 15. My rig is more than capable of running the game, (Skyrim runs on ultra settings with ENB at 60 fps), so there must be some other problem, it's certainly not hardware. Any solutions?

I'm planning to buy a copy of skyrim legendary edition. I'm on pc, and I own skyrim already, I purchased it from steam and downloaded it. However I want a physical disc, not some completely illogical steam download. I know the legendary edition has a physical disc containing all of the DLCs, but is there a disc for the vanilla game included? Or a stupid steam code for a download?

I need a full tutorial, or a number of tutorials, (Links work, I don't need someone to write it for me.) that will cover the entire task of taking a mesh made in blender and making it Creation Kit ready (And one that also covers creation of the mesh if there's anything special I need to do for CK there.) I have tried to figure this out and never found a good tutorial. Making that tutorial will be my first priority once I learn.

I tend to do a lot of installing/uninstalling, and once in a while I want to reinstall Windows on my computer. However, I have already reinstalled my copy of Windows 7 three times, and I know some product keys are only good for 3 installs. Just want to make sure I'll be able to activate Windows before I reinstall it. I use my computer manufacturers restore disc that came with my computer to reinstall windows, and I use the product key on the side of my computer. I am not trying to install windows on a different computer; only reinstalling on my existing computer.

I made a housing mod, have key with locks all ready to go. However I want the key to appear in the players inventory the first time the game is launched with the mod active. How would I do this? I know I can place it in the world, but I would prefer it just appear in the inventory once.

I am looking for a USB microphone (compatible with windows 7) that I will be using for screaming/metal. My main requirement is that I want it to have very good sound quality. I have looked at the Shure PG42USB, and it is exactly what I want. It's just so expensive. I'm willing to fork out $200 if I need to but I'd really like something more inexpensive of the same quality.

My computer was junked up, so I decided to reinstall windows. I rebooted, and booted from the disk drive slot which contained my installation disc. I chose to format my hard drive before installation, even though it wasn't really necessary. However I had been using home premium, and I selected to install ultimate because it was listed and I was curious. Nothing installed, so after a few minutes I restarted. Before I went to the recovery disk I tinkered with the bios and screwed that up too. I removed the small lithium battery and reset the bios. Then I loaded the "fail safe defaults." it fixed the bios, so it seems, but when I try to boot the disc it says windows was unable to start because a required device is unavailable. Obviously I can't start windows normally, as I formatted my hard drive. I am unsure of what to do. Is my disk drive not installed to the motherboard? Or is it my hard drive? Please help.

I have some lights behind my television, they just plug into the wall. However it's annoying having to go all the way to the plug every time I want to turn them on or off, which is quite frequent. I want a switch that can cut or allow power from the plug to pass through to the lights. I have almost found what I need, but all that I find has the switch directly on the outlet. There is at least 2 feet of distance between the outlet and where I'd like the switch to be. Cutting the wall open isn't really an option. Any solutions?

i have a pc, i need a headset for gaming and music. I have steelseries 7xb's, and i love them, but they broke. my main requirements are very good sound quality, and i really need them to not be ugly. plain black is fine, but something a little flashier would be cool. Any recommendations?

i want to use immerisve armors and immerisve weapons for skyrim, and they both have spike.esm. They both come with a spike.esm of the same size. does it matter which one i use? do i only need one copy of spike.esm? if i need both spike.esm's, is there any way i can combine them into one so that i can use both mods?

Basically I want to show ALL my emails in the iOS email app. When in the app, there is only 2 emails present. When logged in while in safari, there are hundreds. How can I show all these emails in the app? I've tried all the folders in the app, and I've tried removing and replacing my account to the app with no luck.

I bought a set of steelseries 7xb's, and they're great, but the transmitter box only plays sound correctly when the headphone cord I plug into it is tilted just right. I know it isn't the cord, because all of my cords have the same problem. Seems to me that the input itself on the box has just become dislocated. How can I fix this? I have no warranty, can't find a new box on eBay, and I'm not spending 100 bucks on a new set of headphones.

This question seems a bit unrealistic and dumb... but i have a gaming desktop with no wireless card. In order to get internet on it I have to plug in my 50 foot ethernet cord and wire it all the way down my hall then plug it into my net-book and bridge the connection. Is there any way that i could plug my net-book with a bridged connection into the phone jack in the wall with an ethernet cord, then get another ethernet cord and plug my desktop into a different phone jack and receive internet through it? I don't think I get internet through my phone lines, whatever thats called. dial up i think.

Every time I start my computer it boots normally, gets to the login screen, then restarts and does it again. The most recent things I did from my last successful login are delete my windows.old folder, (I just reinstalled a fresh copy of windows) install a game, and install some windows updates. I can boot successfully in safe mode, however windows defender cannot start which makes me think I have a virus. I've installed this game before with the same ISO and its not the virus, and I don't know of anywhere else the virus could've come from. What is wrong?

I recently made a mod in creation kit for a wolf companion, everything works great, except when my wolf is a short distance away its eyelids vanish and it looks like a surprised retard. Im assuming the LOD version of the wolf has no eyelids? Due to my GPU i have the fade settings turned down low. Regardless of why this is happening, what can i do to fix this? Research has given me no solution, and nobody with the same problem.

my gaming rig is a 64 bit desktop with no internet access, and i use my netbook for downloading. i use a flash drive to transfer files, and i need an offline installer for 64 bit java. I see the manual installation (offline) on the java website, however if i recall correctly i used it before and it gave my 64 bit a 32 bit version. I need a 64 bit offline installer, copying java system files rather than an installer is not an option because my netbook is a 32 bit. Sorry if this is a bit confusing, i can clarify on anything needed.

Im trying to play skyrim on ultra settings, 1842x1036 (my native res). i can only get moderately good fps when i turn to low settings and 1172xsomething. I have 8gig ram, nvidia geforce 520, amd quadcore fx 4100 3.6 ghz, and 1 tb harddrive. no background programs running except nvidia settings, realtek audio crap, and steam of course. whats the problem?
