Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God? - Epicurus My favorite song: "Pani da Rang" :-) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EiItLWWxgOI&feature=related

11 AnswersPolls & Surveys9 years agoshould government have a regulatory control over movie production?
all the Indian movies are almost the same, except with new actors and actresses.
not only that, a newcomer to the industry earns 100,000 INR for the main role whereas a superstar earns 100,000,000 INR.
is it fair??? a superstar earns 1000 times more than a newcomer. talk about economic inequality. most of the budget of a movie goes away to the hero and heroine of that movie.
this amount of money is attracting all sorts of crimes in Bollywood. couch potato, underworld investing in movies, sexual exploitation, bribery...
do you think government should decide a maximum limit of the budget of movies, payment to the actors/actresses, regulation on price of theater tickets...?
maybe then people will make movies as an art form, not as a money-making stint.
what do you think?
4 AnswersMovies9 years agowhy is the conservation of linear momentum necessary?
if we consider Newton's third law of motion,
there has to be a reaction for the action.
suppose A has exerted a force upon B.
why can't B use that force (or energy) to gain more momentum and move forward instead of reacting back on A?
because if it does so, it will still satisfy the "law of conservation of energy". so why is it important to balance the momentum?
I hope I made myself clear. thanks for the answer :-)

2 AnswersPsychology9 years agoif Christianity or Judaism doesn't mention Hinduism at all?
then isn't it an indication that these all were only local religions, unaware of the world out there? that all the religions were only made by mere men to rule locally?
of course, the same can be said about Hinduism, but
"God is one, wise know it by various names" can be and is considered as a statement which defines the all-inclusiveness in Hinduism.
so, my question is how can a God's true religion completely ignore one of the oldest religion, when Judaism and Hinduism co-existed together in different parts of the world?
why did God choose to be ignorant about Hinduism, when Hinduism accepts every belief, even monotheistic, if you want it that way?
15 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agohas the "none of the above" voting option been implemented yet?
hey
I still haven't got my Voter I.D card. I just don't want to vote any of the politicians because none of them are deserving.
they bribe poor people here to rally for them before elections. what kind of people are they???
so, I'm thinking that if this "no choice" option is available on voting machines, I may finally want to vote...lol
has it been implemented yet?
also, if the majority of votes go for "none of the above" option, what will happen then?
what are your views?
