I have a dell studio 1737. A few weeks ago I powered it up and got to the login screen, but no picture to click on to take me to my desktop. Took it to the ONLY computer shop in town and they said my hard drive was no good. I paid them to replace it. Got my computer back and I had to press the power button 3 times to get it to boot up. Thought maybe it was just me. Next day, I had to push it twice, the screen lit up and said Dell, the power strip across my keyboard lit up, then everything powered off. It then took me an hour of randomly pushing the power button to get it to finally boot up. Sometimes it starts on the first try, sometimes it takes me hours, sometimes two or more days. Took it back to the computer shop and they said nothing was wrong. Took it back AGAIN and they are trying to tell me that my power port is loose and does not have a good connection. What I don't understand is that my battery has a charge, so what does my power port have to do with computer starting up when I press the power button if I have a charge on my battery? I think that they messed something up when replacing the hard drive and they don't want to admit it. I have no one else to take my computer to. Does anyone have any ideas about what they possibly did? Or anything I can check?

Of Once Upon A Time season 2? I missed them and On Demand doesn't go that far back. I can't seem to find them anywhere! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have an old school big screen Philips tv and all of a sudden when I turn it on last night, the picture is all swirly, like someone has taken the bottom of the picture and "pulled" it up. Anyone have any idea what could have happened or how to fix it? It's a projection tv.

I'd like to play around with photography as a hobby. I have no experience with it and live in a small town where beginners classes are not an option for me. They is simply no training available here. I was looking at a Canon EOS Elan 7E 35mm SLR autofocus camera.Heard good things about it for beginners. I know "beginner" and "professional camera" is an oxymoron but I'm tired of the cheap digital ones from walmart. I'd like to learn but not sure if I need a digital one, or one that takes film, or even what a good camera for me would be. Opinions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

I have found some beautiful ones, but they are $200.00 and up, I simply can't afford that. It's also almost impossible to find a 3 3/4 inch heel which is what I need for my dress. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm a shoe freak and never have a problem finding shoes....until it came to finding some for my wedding dress. It's almost impossible!

I replaced the cpu in my computer about a year ago.it sat for a year because I lost all of the power cords to it. I just hooked it back up, I press the power button, the computer begins to power up and then a few seconds later it just shuts back off.the longer I leave it alone the longer it powers up before shutting of but if I try to power it back up right after it shuts off it shuts itself down sooner.I tried swapping the memory sticks but that did no good.this is the first time I tried to power it up since putting the new cpu in it.does anyone have any advice or a guess on what the problem may be?any help would be greatly appreciated.

Stamped that it came from NY and has the number 34970 on it which I'm guessing is the serial number?Its just been sitting in my house taking up space for years. Does anyone know what I may could sell it for?It needs to be tuned and isn't in perfect condition, not horrible, but far from perfect.I would be grateful for any help. Thanks!

I am 5'7 and weigh 108lbs, I eat like a horse and never gain weight no matter what I try. I would like to tone up and put on a little bit of muscle so that I don't end up looking like one of those skinny flabby people.Question is, how do I do that without losing weight?Lord knows I don't need to get any skinnier. I'm tired of doing my makeup the same old way.I've youtubed some good videos on applying eyeshadow but it looks like you need brushes for everything!Anyone know of an inexpensive but good brand of eyeshadow brushes?Preferably that are available at walmart/target/cvs, local places like that?

I am the only service advisor for a local car dealership in my town. I have been working here for five years. We have recently come under new management and I'm finally being asked what they think we can do to help business. I know a lot of people have negative outlooks on car dealerships. So my question is what are some things you guys think a service department could do to make the customer experience better?Are there any really good deals/offers that you guys have received that you would like to see more of?I'm trying to help with our advertising but not quite sure what suggestions would help business and make customers happier. My hair is a natural dirty blonde almost light brown color, very mousy. I dyed it a dark brown color with blond highlights about six months ago and loved it but it has faded terribly and is just not worth re-dying every 3-4 months.I would like to lighten it up to a dark blonde, is this something I can do at home or should I save myself the trouble and go to a professional? How do I go about doing it myself if I decided I wanted to? I just don't want it to turn orange lol.

I'm absolutely sick of my hair.Its so thin and droopy.I don't want to cut it short.Its naturally a light brown/dirty blonde color.I'm sick of dying it dark because it fades so quickly.I'm thinking of lightening it back to a blonder color and cutting bangs across my forehead.Don't know if I have the face shape for bangs though.Would you mind checking out these two pics and just giving me your honost opinion?In the second picture I'm on the left.

I am sooo horrible with money and I struggle all the time to get bills paid on time but I just can't seem to get a good budget down.Anyone have any ideas?

My nephew is 3 years old.My sister is 21.My fiance and I have my newphew 3-4 days a week and almost every weekend.His mother goes out and parties, stays out all night, comes dragging in very late or very early the next day where she proceeds to sleep for most of the day before getting up, going to work for a few hours (shes a cocktail waitress at a strip club) and then going out again.My nephew cries for her every time she leaves.If he gets upset when she is dropping him off she quickly distracts him and then leaves without him seeing.I don't know what to say to him anymore, theres no way for me to explain his mothers actions to him and he just doesn't understand.This is breaking my heart and no amount of talking to her does any good.She either gets upset and tells her I'm just being mean or she tells me to leave her alone and I won't have to worry about it anymore.She then takes my nephew and disappears with him for a week leaving him with God knows who and I worry to death until she finally runs out of sitters and brings him back to me.I love my nephew as much as my own children and I have no idea what to do.Does anyone have any ideas?My sister is a good mother when she wants to be, it just seems like shes lost interest in parenting and her son over the last year and a half.
