  • General Power of Attorney of Delhi Rohini Plot?

    I applied for a plot of DDA in 1981 for a MIG plot. The allotment is yet to take place

    I gave one GPA ( General Power of attorney ) for the same plot in Rohini scheme 1981 to my friend Say MR. X in NOV-2010.

    Mr. X told me that he could get me a better price for the un allotted plot.

    After that he stopped coming to my house.

    Now I have come to know that Mr. X has taken 5 lacs from some Mr. Y in Jan.2012 and has also signed an agreement with him on the basis of the attorney.

    Mr.X did not pay me a single penny out of 5 lacs and also I did not sign any papers.

    Now he has filed a case against me and wants the plot to be transferred in his name on the basis of GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY.

    I have not received any money from him and that GPA is not registered.

    Please help and guide me.
