This happened today, last week due to heavy stress faced by me for a period of 1 month making roam on the roads for collections of previous clients. My boss shouted at me saying i failed to bring new sales..though every one in IT industry is not in a position to accept new vendors... My boss started abusing me stating that i didnt do anything for the company, Atlast i lost my cool and mailed him my entire list of proposal made and everything. Today he has indirectly handed over a pink slip asking me not to come to office untill he returns from US.

People suggest me Is it a good protocol and behaviour of a boss? Though i mentioned all the facts stating that it was the other people who didnt supported our sales to gear up.. Is it fair to acuquite my email id and office SIM card without any Info to me?

Now i have already comeover the emotions and waiting for my boos to meet. please suggest.

Im facing this since morning close to more than 2 hours. the upper eyelid of my right eye is flickering, Already im in some problems at my office and my salary is delayed too.. Can somebody tell me is it good or bad?

Its been more than a year since i have seen these round ball kinda symptom in my forearms, it doesnt pain nor it irritates, and when i checked with ma friends they said it should be fat accumulation, and it exactly got accumlated in the muscle part, till day i never had pains, but it looks like a half round ball on ma fore arms,

few months back it was huge and i do had a weight of 110 KGs, then i went to gym shrunk myself, whereas i saw these getting reduced, one of my friend also had the same kinda thing on his shoulder when he consulted the doctor he said its quite natural fat acumlation and cant be cut or thrown out as it becomes like a part of the human body.

Friends can somebody tell me,

I know its not an infection, if so it would have made irritation or pain

i know its not cancer, if it is means it would have showed hell of pain and developed more and never reduces when i work out in gym

Is it curable?
